How Sweet It Is

Sweet Harper was started in 2009 by Tracy, a {newly} stay at home mom of two.  Her first born was a boy, Jack.  He came out making car noises and loving construction vehicles of all kinds.  When Harper was born, Tracy felt like she was very new to this whole "girl" experience.  She dressed Harper in girl clothes, but not always PINK, I mean it is 2010!  On a trip to the local library, Harper was dressed in a striped shirt, purple pants, and flowered shoes.  The woman across from them at a table asked "how old is he?"  Harper still didn't have a ton of hair, but she was only 9 months old!

After this scenario repeated itself a few times, Tracy decided that she would start to use hair accessories for Harper so that there would be no more confusion.  Although not much would stay in such fine baby hair...plus, she wasn't really a fan of HUGE, frilly bows.  Tracy had in mind what she was looking for, but couldn't find it at the local boutiques.  So, she started making her own hair clips for her sweet Harper and included non-slip grip on the inside so they would stay put.  They were just too cute to keep all to herself so Sweet Harper began on Etsy in November 2009.  Since then, Sweet Harper hair clips have been shipped to around the world and have received rave reviews!
