We got a very healthy helping of snow this weekend...and that's enough for me. Can it just come back in time for Christmas?
Too bad for the kids (and teachers) because if it had been a weekday, it would have been a SNOW DAY for sure! It was hard to get our kids to eat breakfast, they were so excited to get out and play.

So...it turns out Harper thought she would like the snow, but enjoyed watching through the door better (maybe, she takes after her mama that way).
Here's a pic I got yesterday morning when the sun was out! The snow looks so beautiful draped on the trees in the sunshine.
Favorite childhood snow memory...I will always remember trick-or-treating during a blizzard in 1991, it was crazy!!!

Oh that looks like a winter wonderland!! It's so beautiful! I loved being snowed in with my mom when I was little, she'd make cookies and we'd watch movies, it was awesome!
My Snow memory was the blizzard of 82 (I think) here in Colorado - it was over Christmas. We lived in an apartment at the time (just my mom and I) and i went to take the trash out to the dumpster and my legs sunk into the snow up to my waist and i couldn't get out.
I LOVE snow days - it means no schedule for the day and pjs required!
